Cabinet for automatic control of the sleeve filters’ regeneration
3.1 Cabinet for automatic control of the sleeve filters regeneration
The cabinet carries out automatic control of the sleeve filters regeneration by means of sending control signals for the cut-off and blow-through valves of the regeneration system in accordance with a chosen mode of operation. The main control scheme elements include a series VIPA controller with expansion modules.
The cabinet is intended for use in the UHL 3 conditions according to the State Standard 15150 and is certified for the IP 54 protection rating.
Specifications:
Operation mode: 24/7
Supply voltage: 220 V
Supply frequency: 50 Hz
Mains power, not more than: 50 W
Dimensions of the cabinet, (W х H х D): 680 х 1 600 х
Mounting options: floor-standing, on a pedestal
Quantity of controlled objects:
- quantity of filter sections, pieces, not more than: 8
- quantity of cut-off valves, pieces, not more than: 8
- quantity of blow-through valves in a section, pieces, not more than: 6
Regeneration system operation options:
- without cut-off: regeneration is carried out without the cutting off of the regenerated sections from the clean gas duct;
- with cut-off: regeneration is carried out with cutting off of the regenerated section from the clean gas duct.
Regeneration system operating modes:
- main automatic mode: regeneration on ΔР of the sleeve filter;
- cycle automatic mode: regeneration on the set cyclogram, unscheduled regeneration.
Time interval parameters of the regeneration cyclogram, chosen during the regeneration system setup:
- duration of pause for the cut-off valve actuation, s: 1 – 10.0
- duration of pause between the blow-through impulses, s: 2 – 20.0
- duration of the blow-through impulse, s: 0.01 – 1.0
- duration of pause for the dust settlement in a regenerated section, s: 1 – 30.0
- duration of pause between sections, s. 1 – 30.0
- duration of pause between regenerations, min: 10.0 (20.0; 30.0).
Connection to the operator’s PC:
The VIPA controller connection to the operator’s PC is carried out by means of the RS-232/RS-485 interface using the ASCII protocol. Regeneration options, regeneration modes and time intervals of the cyclogram are selected either from the control cabinet or from the operator’s PC. Technical data on the regeneration system operation (option and mode of regeneration as well as the state of all mechanisms of the system) is fed to the operator’s PC.
